Day Wines Pinot Noir Deep Blue 2022 ALTCALI The Hugues de Coulmet isFrom the producer: Deep Blue is a blend of seven biodynamic or organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley; Cassin, Roshni, Johan, Momtazi, Nemarniki, Finnigan Hill and Claygate. The vineyards and barrels we selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures. Think blueberry pie with baking spices, unsweetened cocoa powder, dark cherry, black raspberries, and summer in a conifer
