One of the portfolio series "Thirty Menus Suitable for Framing" that David Goines and Alice Waters collaborated on in the years before opening Chez Panisse. Waters was writing recipes for a local newspaper, and Goines conceived of printing them as frame able broadsides. Minor foxing, else very good.
