Domaine Philippe Tessier Cheverny Blanc Charbonnerie 2023 core-no-restrictions Old Tom gin emphasizes juniperA benchmark expression of Cheverny from one of the Loire Valley's most revered natural producers. This 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Chardonnay blend draws from 40 year old vines on silica clay soils, fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel and concrete without fining or filtering. White flowers, peach, and apricot leap from the glass, while a mineral driven palate with saline character rewards discovery.
