Not much nose but lots of mass

the palate is beautifully nuanced and poised

There is less color in this 2011 (I popped a bottle of the 2010 for comparison) and more notes reminiscent of Cabernet Franc (Alejandro Vigil harvested even earlier in 2010)

Bruno Clair, Morey Saint Denis Rue Vergy Blanc Vintage:2023 Not much nose but lotsCool and airy aromas are comprised by notes of petrol, white flowers and citrus zest. I like the mouthfeel of the equally tension filled and mineral driven middle weight flavors that exhibit evident minerality on the bone dry, liner and youthfully austere finale. This is also quite good and worth checking out.
