80 hectares of Meunier

While white Burgundy prices soar up in the Cote de Beaune

A premade batch of 2 parts whiskey

Definitely one of the most "fun" wines in the store

Fazenda Pradio Caino Longo 2019 CS20230731 80 hectares of MeunierCaio Longo is such a unique variety and in my humble opinion the most undervalued red variety out there. Xabis is aromatic and intense with a lightning bolt of freshness and atomically energetic. In its youth it is mouthwatering with piercing acidity but with a seductive texture that helps tame all of that concentrated energy. Thai is flamboyantly beautiful and deep, the kind of wine that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
