Light but powerful
and a little smoky wink
7 days of carbonic maceration along with spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks
wines with a lot of fruit and little alcohol so that you can drink heaps of them every day
Sambrena Syrah 2021 Celler de les Aus Light but powerfulA Syrah from the Chianti hills of Tuscany, that shows more elegance than muscle than you may find in a Rhne Syrah. Structured and smooth, bringing notes of ripe dark fruit, savory spices, and subtle Mediterranean herbs. Vines at this altitude experience cooler nights, contributing to the wines' lifted palate and bright acidity.
