But it is not only the choice of botanicals that makes this gin so good - the choice of water also plays a big role in the making of Blue Gin

The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir

A rich garnet color with a ruby edge

those sensations are confirmed on the palate with also a spicy hint of underbrush forest floor terroir imprint

Smith Woodhouse 2016 Vintage Port water But it is not onlyFull and rich, the wine has dark tannins and dense blackberry flavors. It is generous winejuicy, perfumed and layered with impressive tannins. This is a wine with a long term future, drink from 2028.
