pasta ai funghi
Himmel Auf Erden Rosé 2024 Extremadura and florals on the noseA precise and elegant ros made from Blaufrnkisch grown on limestone rich soils. Grapes are picked over five harvest days from the coolest, chalkiest plots to capture a full range of aromatics. The juice is gently pressed with no skin contact, then fermented with native yeasts in large barrels. Aged on the lees without racking, fining, filtration, or added sulfur. The result is a laser sharp, pink hued white wine with floral spice, finesse, and purity.
