There is fine detail and very solid ripeness to the delicious and equally restrained medium-bodied flavors that also exude a fine minerality on the balanced finish that displays just a touch of rusticity

Mauro Veglio, Barolo Rocche Annunziata Vintage:2015 There is fine detail andIn 2014 this is the finest of the four Barolos from this modernist estate. It has a sweet, leafy nose with ripe raspberry fruit. The attack is assertive but perfectly ripe, concentrated with firm tannins and ample acidity without any astringency. The finish is sleek and long, with no rough edges. Aged in one third new barriques.
