Gardner Denver Filter Kit Replacement - 2116862 Type_Pressure Switch In addition to the QuincyThe process of compressing air creates compressed air holds that holds a good deal of water vapor. Once that vapor becomes cooled into a liquid a dirty oil water mixture is created that can't simply be sent down the drain. This Gardner Denver 2116862 replacement filter is designed just as the Gardner Denver OEM filter is to filter out that dirty oil from the water before the water is drained out and flushed down the drain.
