Thomas S. Moore Bourbon Port Cask Sherry Cask 8% ABV and rarities ofThe Thomas S. Moore brand is a new series of cask finished bourbons from the Barton 1792 Distillery. Starting with our signature high rye mash bill, Thomas S. Moore is aged for many years in new charred oak casks before being refilled in various casks for an additional 1 3 years. This extended cask finish is truly unique. The result is a refined and elegant whiskey, with each expression showing a distinct flavor profile.
