Claude Dugat, Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru other_regions_italy there was no leaf thinning

there was no leaf thinning in July during this notoriously hot summer

with a medium- to full-bodied palate displaying very pure pear fruit

An exceptionally spicy and floral- inflected nose adds breadth in the form of both red and dark pinot fruit

A well-layered and appealingly fresh combination features various red berries
