This hospital was organized in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in early 1918, leaving for France in June 1918. At its peak, the hospital had 5,100 beds. The grouping includes: Fiedlers officers uniform with bullion Major rank insignia on the shoulders and two overseas chevrons on the left cuff, with US and Medical collar
