This is a very nice early 1st Model Luftwaffe Dagger, made by the desirable maker Solinger Metalwaren Fabrik Stcker & Co. GmbH, of Solingen, Germany. It was made in the mid to late 1930s, before 1938 when the change was made to use aluminum fittings. It has plated mounts throughout all being nickel alloy plated with blue oxide.
