Original German WWII Tischfernsprecher 38 T38 Bunker Telephone with Battery Box by Mix & Genest - Dated 1940 Russian Flags this would be a goodOriginal Item. Only One Available. This is a very nice example of the scarce WWII T38 Bunker telephone. The set consists of the phone with the attached handset, and the battery pack, which is almost never present on these. The phone was used as a "bunker" phone. Not a field phone. The battery box supplied a 1. 5 to 3 volt charge to the carbon microphone. The data plate on the back of the phone reads: Mix & Genest Org 20206 03708 1940 (Waffenamt Eagle)
