Casal de Ventozela, Pseudonimo Pet Nat, Portugal, 750mL Chambery Since the Roman times

Since the Roman times

This is an elegant and sophisticated classic Orange wine that defies category and presents itself as a luxurious alternative to the glou-glou wines prevalent in the inexpensive Orange wine category

Distilled in late winter of 2005 with two-thirds of the expression made in a double-copper column still with plates removed to achieve a lower distillation proof and the remaining third made in an alembic pot still

It has clear brilliant color and a complex nose with aromas of freshly-picked Alpine botanicals

Casal de Ventozela, Pseudonimo Pet Nat, Portugal, 750mL Chambery Since the Roman timesCasal de Ventozela is a family business created in 1983 and dedicated to producing Vinho Verde wine. The 27 hectares of vineyards are situated in the sub region Vale do Ave, in the heart of the Portuguese Vinho Verde region. The climate is influenced by the sea breeze coming from the Atlantic Ocean and the wines produced are pleasantly light and fresh. Approachable and flirty, this pet nat is fresh and clean with pronounced zippy notes of lemon zest
