Orange Pinwheel Mushrooms matisse π«οΈ Soft tri-blend heather greyThese orange pinwheel mushrooms (Marasmius siccus) were teeny tiny maybe a 1 2" at most and popping up through the leaf litter in Niquette Bay State Park in Colchester, Vermont. As summer turns to fall, the forest begins to turn from a riot of color to a more monochromatic landscape and these minuscule spots of orange called out to me and my camera. All photos are professionally printed on archival paper. Sizes available: 8x10 11x14
