'Acholado' is the perfect balance of aromatics and texture

100% Espadeiro sourced from Rui Paiva

Casa Wallace, Natural Dolcetto, Italy, 750mL Wheated Mizunara (Japanese oak)Adaptable and food friendly although it really loves fatty foods because the rich tannins clean the palate. Its dark intense ruby color is engaging while the essence of dark red cherries, dark chocolate, aromatic herbs and baking spices seep from the glass.
