Vanishing Twin – Ookii Gekkou (Vinyl) A Flock of Seagulls Like the stunning artwork ofOokii Gekkou is the 2021 release for Vanishing Twin, the London based quartet of Cathy Lucas, Valentina Magaletti, Susumu Mukai, and Phil MFU. Its a superb album that greatly expands on the established Vanishing Twin sound and mixes it with a sense of experimentation. If youre seeking a dose of danceable, retro futurist fun, Vanishing Twin are a good bet. Ookii Gekkou offers plenty of upbeat, colorful and likeable tunes from space jazz ("In Cucina")
