This is a really tremendous banner used to welcome George F. Raw to a meeting of the Filipino Federation Delegates of Hawaii. We havent been able to find any information on Raw, so the banner may have a misspelling, or there just isnt much information on him. The banner reads: WELCOME GEORGE F. RAW COMMANDER U. S. NAVY AND COMMANDER OF THE PHILIPPINE GUERILAS DURING THE JAPANESE OCCUPATION OF THE PHILIPPINES FILIPINO
